We learned all about St Brigid and her cloak. We had great fun working together to make our own big cloak.

10 @ 10
As part of operation transformation our whole school did 10 minutes of activities for 10 mins. We had great fun akippimg and dancing.
Multi Sensory Room
We went to visit our sensory room because it's after been done up. Its so nice in there and we had some time for mindfulness.
Planting seeds
Mùinteoir Karmel showed us how to plant grass seeds and we have them growing in our classroom. We are excited to see how high they will grow. We visited our school garden also and learned the different types of flowers.
Science - Magnets
We learned how magnets can attract and repel and what materials are magnetic. We used magnets with north and south poles.
Spring time
Talk to your child about spring. We had great fun making this spring display. Every group made something different.

Celebrations!!
Mùinteoir Niamh brought in her All Ireland Cup she won last weekend in Dublin with her basketball team. The boys and girls were so excited. We talked about how important it is to play sport and keep healthy and join clubs to try different sports and make new friends.
